6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Validity

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have no outstanding wagering requirements and your account is in good standing, we will process any remaining Real Money Balance within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

11.2 Termination by ojol77

ojol77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) conduct that ojol77 reasonably suspects constitutes fraud, money laundering, or cheating; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) at the request of the Player under a self-exclusion programme; or (e) for any other legitimate business reason in ojol77's reasonable discretion.
